This week's Players of the Week honors go to: Nebraska-Omaha senior forward Brandon Scero (Offensive), Ferris State freshman defenseman Scott Wietecha (Defensive), Northern Michigan sophomore goaltender Brian Stewart (Goaltender) and Michigan freshman forward Aaron Palushaj (Rookie).

Offensive

Brandon Scero, UNO

Scero, who was +3 on the weekend, had 1-3-4 in Friday's 5-3 win over BGSU and set up the Mavericks lone goal in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Falcons.

Defenseman

Scott Wietecha, FSU
Fr., (Wolverine Lake, MI)

Wietecha had an assist in Friday's 6-5 win over Miami and was the first star of Saturday's 3-1 victory with the winning goal with 3:15 to play in regulation time.

Goaltender

Brian Stewart, NMU
So., (Burnaby, BC)

Stewart blocked 75-of-78 shots (.962), including 46 on Friday for his second straight shutout, as the Wildcats split at Ohio State.

Rookie

Aaron Palushaj, UM
F, (Northville, MI)

Palushaj, who leads his team with 24 assists, helped set up three Michigan goals in a pair of 4-2 victories over Lake Superior State.
